We live out of state and were looking for the right place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from the University of North Dakota with family and friends. Sunset Hill Event Center was such a wonderful choice because it gave us both a beautiful space to gather and a comfortable place to stay during such a special week. The accommodations were excellent. There were five separate bedrooms, plus a Murphy bed option in a sixth room, which made it easy for everyone to have comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property was also pet friendly, which was an added convenience for our family. There were also two separate living areas with televisions, giving people plenty of room to relax and spread out. The kitchen was fully supplied for preparing meals, and the large bar area included a refrigerator that could be used as a stand up freezer if needed, a wine fridge, and an ice chest. The party area had tables, chairs, and a sound system we could connect to, and the wall with curtains and lighting provided a beautiful backdrop for the celebration. It made everything so easy for us and for our out-of-state relatives who came to celebrate. The location was convenient to our daughter’s residence and still an easy drive to UND for graduation. Sunset Hill helped make the whole week feel relaxed, meaningful, and memorable for our family.
